The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (“VIHFA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms or individuals (“Respondents”) to assist in the development and writing of an Electrical Grid Action Plan & Amendments for Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) Program. Interested firms may download a complete Request for Proposal from the CDBGDR website at https://www.cdbgdr.vihfa.gov.
A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST). Participants may join the meeting via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89311454475 Meeting ID: 893 1145 4475 All interested firms are invited to attend.
Bids are due no later than Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. via email at [email protected]. Funding for this project is provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) – Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG-DR) under the auspices of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority. The successful firm will be required to abide by the federal rules and regulations which govern this project.
