Estate Tutu North Abatement and Demolition

The Virgin Islands Housing Authority & Pennrose LLC is requesting proposals to acquire the services from a licensed Demolition Contractor to oversee and carry out the scope of work to demolish select structures and other materials located at the proposed Tutu North Senior Development at Estate Tutu, 388, 388-A and 402 Anna’s Retreat located on St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands.
