Estate Richmond Exterior Revitalization

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”) is a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“PFA”), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands. ODR is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed construction contractors (“Respondents”) to provide exterior revitalization services to a commercial property in Estate Richmond on the island of St. Croix.

Respondents must fulfill the submission requirements outlined in the E-BID to be considered. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the E-BID.

Bid documents can be found on the ODR website at https://www.usviodr.com/procurements, beginning on September 16, 2025.

A mandatory site visit will take place at 9:30 am AST on September 24, 2025.

Proposals will be accepted by email at [email protected] until October 2, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm AST.
