Geotechnical Engineering Services

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“PFA”), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms, (“Respondents”) to provide professional Geotechnical Engineering services.

The ideal Respondent should have extensive expertise in geotechnical engineering services, the Proposer’s demonstrated competency and experience in delivering services of similar scope and type and the local availability of the proposer’s personnel and equipment resources.

Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at [email protected] beginning on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Proposals will be accepted by email at [email protected] until *NEW DATE* Wednesday, May 31, 2023, no later than 4:00 pm AST.
