IT Equipment and Systems for the

Solicitation Period: November 18, 2024 – December 18, 2024

Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245 (a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government
Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, hereinafter referred to as GHHFC, The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) on behalf of the Schneider Regional
Medical Center is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed firms for IT Equipment and Systems for the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute.

Pre-Proposal Conference: November 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.

Proposal Due Date: December 18, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time
