Scope of Work Development Services

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms or individuals (“Respondents”) to provide Scope of Work Services to support the drafting and design of disaster-related recovery projects. The ideal Respondent will have substantial experience and success in Scope of Work Development to provide services within the U.S. Virgin Islands and must be able to adequately address their experience in Architectural & Engineering Services in their proposal submittal. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.

Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at  [email protected]/  beginning on Monday, November 23, 2020.   

Proposals will be accepted, by email, at [email protected]  until Monday, December 28, 2020, no later than 3:30 pm AST.
