Pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 31 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Education is requesting proposals from Qualified and Licensed Vendors for the Design Build Architectural and Construction Services at the Charlotte Amalie High School (CAHS) Gymnasium, on St. Thomas, USVI

Proposals will be received by the Department of Property & Procurement, Division of Procurement (address):

Proposals will be accepted at the Department of Property & Procurement no later than 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time: Monday, October 28, 2019, at 4:00 PM.
