Sister Emma Cottage

Lutheran Social Services invites licensed and insured contractors to submit bids for the construction of Sister Emma Cottage, located at Plot #71, Concordia West, St. Croix, USVI. The project encompasses the construction of a new 10,329 sq. ft. building, which will include support services, sleeping areas, classrooms, parking, utilities, and circular areas.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 17, 2024. Sealed bids will be accepted until October 3, 2024.

Potential bidders are also required to participate in a mandatory pre-inspection/walk-around of the building site.

Drawings and specifications will be available from September 3, 2024, through October 3, 2024, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Queen Louise Home for Children, located at #71 Estate Concordia West, Frederiksted, St. Croix. Interested contractors will receive a jump drive containing all necessary information at no charge.
