Stony Ground Development Phase 1

Wilford Pedro Senior Housing

Co-developers – the Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) and The Richman Group Community Development Company (TRGCD) – herein solicit bids to construct a new 98-unit senior housing complex in Estate Stony Ground, Frederiksted, St. Croix.

The purpose is to select a general contractor through a competitive bid process with the expectation that the contractor will value engineer and ultimately undertake the construction of the project.

After general contractor selection the roles and responsibilities with respect to preconstruction and construction activities will be further defined. This solicitation includes the Construction Documents (CDs) package, which will be forwarded to interested general contractors upon request. The solicitation schedule is as follows:
