Cloud-Based Productivity Suite

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority – Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the Upgrade of an Office 365 Cloud-Based Productivity Suite to Microsoft 365 E5 Cloud-Based Productivity Suite (CBPS) for VIHFA and the CDBG-DR Program.

Beginning on Thursday, December 19, 2019, bid documents may be obtained from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the following VIHFA locations: (a) #3438 Kronprindsens Gade, GERS Complex 1st Floor, Suite 4, (b) #3202 Demarara Plaza, Suite 200, St. Thomas, VI; and (c) Lagoon Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI. Bid packages are also available for download on https://www.vihfa.gov/disaster-recovery/procurement.

Bids are to be submitted on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 11:00 am at which time they will be publicly opened at the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority Conference Room located at #3438 Kronprindsens Gade, GERS Complex 1st Floor, Suite 4, St. Thomas. All interested bidders are invited to attend.

Funding for this project is provided by the Department of Housing & Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program under the auspices of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority and the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery Program. The successful contractor will be required to abide by both local and federal rules and regulations which govern this bid. The applicable information is included in the bid package.
