Warehouse Security Services

Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority-Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (VIHFA-CDBG-DR) is soliciting proposals from qualified firm and individual (“Respondents”) to secure security services at two (2) of VIHFA sites on St. Thomas and St. Croix in securing building and ground materials at the assigned locations. Beginning on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, bid packages are available for download on https://www.vihfa.gov/disasterrecovery/procurement.

Bids will be due on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. via email at [email protected].

The process for the selection of the warehouse security services will be in accordance with the VIHFA Procurement Policies. All responses will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and point systems identified in the Request for Proposals.
