Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program

 The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority-Community Development Block Grant­ Disaster Recovery (VIHFA-CDBG-DR) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms or individuals (“Respondents”) to provide Environmental Review, Assessments, Testing and Clearance Services in connection with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) Program. Beginning on Friday, October 16, 2020, bid packages are available for download on https://www.cdbgdr.vihfa.gov. Bids will be due on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. via email at procurement@vihfa.gov.

The process for the selection of the environmental review and assessments will be in accordance with the procurement requirement of VIHFA-CDBG-DR Program procurement policies. The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
