Status of EnVIsion Tomorrow Program – March 2025

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery is working diligently to rebuild homes and make virgin islanders whole after Hurricanes Irma and Maria. In March, the program had 104 homes in construction, with 53 completed under the Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (HRR) initiative. As of June 30, 2025, the HRR initiative has 109 homes under construction and has completed 59.
