Virtual Community Meeting Planned for August 17

to Discuss Evelyn M. Williams Demolition

ST. CROIX, USVI – The Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE), Operations Division, will host a virtual community meeting at 5 p.m. on August 17 on the Department’s YouTube channel to share details of the upcoming demolition of the Evelyn M. Williams Elementary School.

The meeting will be live-streamed on the social media platform and will feature officials from the VIDE, as well as representatives from the contractor that will perform the demolition. The project timeline and expectations will be discussed.

Attendees should visit the Virgin Islands Department of Education’s channel on YouTube to participate in the meeting.

The Evelyn Williams site will be the new location of the Arthur A. Richards K-8 School.
