Alexander Theater Safe Room/Building Retrofit Project

The St. Croix Foundation for Community Development is seeking proposals from qualified Architecture and Engineering firms to provide professional design services for the Alexander Theater Safe Room / Building Retrofit Project in Christiansted.

This FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program-funded project will transform the historic Alexander Theater into a revitalized cultural arts center and FEMA-compliant community safe room. The selected firm will provide Construction Documents, Bid Support, and Construction Administration services, building upon existing Design Development documents.

St. Croix Foundation may add reference documents to this folder at any time while the RFP is open. Responses to bidder questions will be provided by email to the requesting bidder.
