U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) is inviting licensed general contractors to become preapproved to participate in the Envision Tomorrow Homeowner and Rental Rehabilitation Programs (EnVIsion Tomorrow Program).
The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued on February 21 is to develop and maintain a list of construction contractors to carry out reconstruction, rehabilitation, demolition, elevation, and/or disaster mitigation services for the EnVIsion Tomorrow Program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Respondents must fulfill the submittal requirements of the RFQ to be considered, and all submissions will be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined.
Interested contractors are encouraged to attend the virtual pre-proposal meeting, which will take place at 2:00 pm AST on Friday, February 28, 2025. Bid documents can be found on the ODR website at https://www.usviodr.com/procurements, and proposals are due by March 21, 2025, at 4:00 pm AST.
