Repair of the Culinary Arts Building & Exterior Facilities

St. Croix Farmers in Action is issuing a Request for Proposals for licensed contractors in the US Virgin Islands who are interested in providing necessary building and facility repair services at 18A Estate Bethlehem, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.

The successful bidder will be responsible for executing all work outlined in the scope of work and design drawings.  There will be a mandatory in-person pre-bid conference and site inspection held on Friday November 8, 2024 at 10:00am. The last day for written clarification will be Wednesday November 13, 2024 at 4:00pm, and the last day for the acceptance of Proposals will be Friday November 22, 2024 at 4:00pm.
